FDA rules require retailers to verify age using photo ID for customers under 30 purchasing cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and other covered tobacco products.

Ordering & prices
Submitting an online order sends a request to Rights Club Wholesale. We confirm product availability, quantities, final pricing, taxes, fees, and fulfillment details before accepting the order.
Prices shown apply to the listed pack or case. The minimum order is $500 in products before fees, tips, and tax. A $5 service charge applies. Delivery costs $9.99 for non-members. Annual delivery membership costs $99.99 and waives delivery fees; the product minimum and service charge still apply. Pay cash on delivery (COD); no online payment is collected. Final prices and any applicable sales tax are confirmed before delivery.
Optional driver tips are 5%, 10%, 20%, or 25% of the product subtotal, before fees and tax. You may also choose no tip. 100% of tips go to your delivery driver.
Approved resale businesses pay no sales tax on qualifying purchases for resale. Provide a completed resale certificate for review and confirm at checkout that all items in the order are for resale. A business pricing approval alone does not establish tax exemption. Contact us about orders containing both resale and business-use items.

We provide next-day delivery: order today for delivery tomorrow. You can request a later delivery date at checkout. Dates follow Porter, Texas time, and we confirm the delivery time for each order. Orders have a $500 product minimum and a $5 service charge. A preferred delivery date is a request, not a guaranteed appointment.
We offer delivery only. Enter your complete delivery address, including any unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. Our business is based at 22570 Ford Rd, Porter, TX 77365; customer pickup is not available.
Annual delivery membership
Sign in and add a $99.99 annual membership at checkout. Pay for membership with your COD order. That order’s delivery fee is waived, and your full year begins when payment is recorded. Active members receive free deliveries while signed in. Membership does not renew automatically.
The $500 product minimum, $5 service charge, optional driver tips, and applicable taxes are separate. Any tax on membership is confirmed before delivery. Your account displays the membership expiration date.

Your information
We use the contact details, delivery address, and order information you provide to respond to requests and arrange fulfillment. Signed-in profiles and order history are associated with your account. Cart and saved-item preferences are stored in your browser.
